Additional Information

Feeling good about the community you live in can be just as important as selecting the right home. As a local expert, I can help you find a neighborhood that best suits your needs. From local restaurants and activities to school information and market trends, explore the communities I serve below.

Brandon, Riverview, Apollo Beach, Wimauma, Ruskin, Lithia, Sun City Center, Tampa, Carrollwood, and other select Florida cities.

Brandon sits at the confluence of four major highways, just east of Tampa, making it a easy commute to Tampa and surrounding areas. The Lee Roy Selmon Expressway provides direct access to MacDill Air Force Base and downtown Tampa from Brandon. A portal to Tampa International Airport is always a plus. Close to Gulf of Mexico beaches and Orlando and the world’s most-visited theme park in ninety minutes.

Brandon has a little of everything. The ever-growing community reflects diversity and forward motion, with a strong sense of community and history. Parks and green spaces abound, with outdoor tennis and basketball courts, skate parks, golf courses, bird-watching boardwalks, lakes for fishing and waterways for canoeing. Exercise facilities are nearly as prevalent as coffee shops. Restaurants, bistros, delis and cafés offer assorted cuisines in indoor and outdoor settings.

I lived in Brandon for over 6 years...I absolutely LOVE the city!

Riverview has become the place to live amongst younger professionals and entrepreneurs. So much is being built to accommodate the ever-growing community that Riverview has become. Riverview is located southeast of the center of Hillsborough County. The Alafia River flows through the northern part of the area and forms part of its northeastern border, separating Riverview from Bloomingdale to the northeast. Other neighboring communities, all unincorporated, are Brandon to the north, Palm River-Clair Mel to the northwest, Progress Village and Gibsonton to the west, Apollo Beach to the southwest, Balm to the south, and FishHawk to the east.

Lithia/FishHawk is one of the more premier places to live in Hillsborough County. It is a suburb of Tampa, Florida, and includes a portion of the community of Lithia. The place name is derived from Little Fish Hawk Creek, a tributary of the Alafia River that joins the Alafia just west of Lithia Springs. Beautiful planned communities for families with an active lifestyle.

A great community for retirees and over 55+ communities with great access Florida beaches. Sun City Center is one of Florida’s most affordable active living senior communities. SCC offers exceptional recreational, social amenities and a year-round, outdoor life style that Florida offers. Sun City Center is conveniently located with medical, shopping, education, Veterans support and entertainment resources close at hand. SCC community is one of the very few in Florida that allows golf carts to be driven on the roadways.

Tampa Bay's South Shore, gives residents and visitors easy access to traditional Floridian pursuits like fishing and boating. Simmons County Park has white sand beaches, mangrove trees, wildlife and views of Tampa Bay.  Ruskin has become the home to many younger families as well as senior who are looking to escape the congestion of the "big city" Tampa.  BEAUTIFUL sunsets!!

Up and coming South Shore area.  Did you know that this city is named after the founder's 3 children.  He took the first few letters of their names and Wimauma became a city.  Can you tell me the names of his 3 children??
